Very good fan, quality product and excellent customer service
The fan works great and is fairly quiet, a bit noisy at full speed but that's to be expected. The time function is great for sleeping. The instructions aren't clear on how to get a replacement filter, but with a little trial and error it's no big deal. It feels sturdy and works well. I had an issue with the remote getting damaged in transit, but the company was very quick to respond and sent a replacement. Your customer service is impeccable. Overall very happy with the fan and works wonders for sleeping and allergies.
