Not easy to attach to a balcony
Would be great if it could easily be attached to a balcony, the rungs, ect seem very sturdy but it seems to be made for escaping directly from inside the home via a window or sliding glass door & down the side of the building. Not sure there is a viable option for using it from an open balcony.
- Climb tree to cut limbs.
- May not be practical for tall, narrow buildings
