Had to buy twice for no good reason.
Would like to use/retouch different colors but never received the product. The problem was that it was sent via DHL which stated it was undeliverable. (Background) I actually bought this as a gift for a friend and they didn't want the 12mm so I decided to grab it. I ended up buying another all black one which was installed later and got it but with UPS so good luck with that. Seems to be a good product and the oil really helped, it only took a week and everything was healed. But I mostly just used the 12mm silicone plug and spike from the kit and it's a good hard silicone that's easy to use. The rest seems fine and working but it's a gift so let's see what my friend has to say as they are starting over at 14g.
