Since then I haven't lost the remote control.

When I first got my Apple TV (previously used Roku) I was a little worried about the remote being so slim, thin etc. My previous remote had a wrist strap so I could attach the bluetooth finder and I wanted to somehow attach it to this remote as well. It worked great. Really does not bother, comfortable grip, greatly reduces the chance of losing the remote control.
