I have bought them twice within a few months. I've tested every time, mounted them and written the file, and they all worked. The first time there was no logo on the metal tag and they were formatted with an MS partition table and a VFAT partition. They appear in lsusb on Linux as "058f:6387 Alcor Micro Corp. flash drive. I've used them for many things and haven't had any problems. The second batch had the VICFuN logo on one side. They were formatted without a partition table. The entire drive was a single VFAT file system. They show up in lsusb as "abcd: 1234 Unknown". This is the most generic USB ID I've ever seen. Haven't used them for anything yet, but each mounted and allowed me to write the file. In both packages, the activity indicator is difficult to see. A friend has a white version of this and the LED is clearly visible through the plastic case. These dark shades of blue let almost no light through. You can still vaguely see the LED in the circular groove where the metal shade rotates. Overall it's good value for money. Update 2018.2.17, I bought a third pack of 10. They work just as well as the first two batches. They're kind of a combination of the first two games. They don't have a logo on the lid, but there is a small VICFuN logo on the USB connector. There is nothing to indicate their capacity, but when installed they showed the right size. You have an MS partition table with a partition in vfat format. You have a USB ID "abcd: 1234 Unknown".
