I really like these bento boxes. I've been using the smaller size for three years and decided on a larger bento box as my daughter needed a bigger portion. My daughter was pretty careless with the bento hinge and it broke but the customer service was absolutely amazing. I've called you. the number they send you after you receive your item. I didn't have to wait at all, I spoke to a very nice woman, Erica, who said no problem, we'll just refund your money or we could send you a new one right away. It's so great when people support your product and have great customer service. Thanks very much!
