So glad they have a larger serving option. It's perfect for my son's lunch and has portion sizes to suit his eating style. The seal is strong, but he can open and close it himself. I can easily take it apart for washing and we don't lose any parts or plastic bags!

. Although the old one leaked a bit and the hinges broke after using it every day at school, we are happy with this new one. We called customer service and they told me that it was made out of high quality plastic so that should solve our problem.

Great for my 12 year old's school lunch. Large enough to hold a variety of products. You'll have to cut the sandwich in half to fit, but we don't mind. It has space for a whole sandwich on 3 sides! A whole yogurt cup fits in one and never leaks. It does not deform in the dishwasher, which is very good. Very durable. I use the Bentgo Kid for my youngest child and it's just as great. And I love that it's great for the environment! Reuse, recycle!

Bought for my 5 year old who is starting kindergarten and is due to eat at his camps this summer. We decided to review it before the start of the school year. The size of the compartments seems large enough for their appetites. It also fits in our selected lunch box (PACKIT Freezable Lunch Bag). I really like these bento boxes. I've been using the smaller size for three years and decided on a larger bento box as my daughter needed a bigger portion. My daughter was pretty careless with the bento hinge and it broke but the customer service was absolutely amazing. I've called you. the number they send you after you receive your item. We have been using Bentgo Fresh (and Bentgo Kids) for many years now and love these products. My kids carry them to and from school with the PK3 and love bringing lunch from home. They are easy to clean, durable and don't leak. I bought these for my 4 year old preschooler. The first thing that struck me is that this is a nice lunch box but it is very big and heavy for a 4 year old. It has a lot to eat. Much, maybe better for older children. Regarding the sealing, I think it can prevent liquid from spilling out of the box, but not between compartments. I have tried so many different types of lunch boxes and containers for my son and have had problems with all of them. The biggest problem with most of them is that they don't keep food fresh for long because they aren't fully sealed. So, for example, if I cut apples and carrots the night before, I put them in a lunch box and put the box in the fridge for breakfast, in the morning everything is brown and sluggish. With this box I feel like I can cook dinner the night before and not have to worry
