I like that it is easy to use for day-to -day management of our cases as well has being able work with other systems such Excel etc when required but nothing in particular at this stage! The support team are always very helpful so there's no issues we've had recently which have been difficult or frustrating! If anything would be great if they could make some minor changes (ease up button placement) maybe add 'add comment' option under each field? We're using Exolink primarily to track all new enquiries received by us via email from clients/potential customers who then go through an intake process before getting assigned one member / representative within their department where appropriate.
