Assembly is relatively easy although the instructions say no tools are required but you will need scissors to cut the zip ties that are on the toy for transport. I have no mechanical mind and managed to assemble it myself. Overall it is well made and durable. There are no cheap materials and production. I love that the outdoor toys can be moved and removed for cleaning. My daughter especially loved the owl and gave her enthusiastic baby love and tilted her all the way to her side. So every time he returns to the place, don't worry that the toy will be broken immediately. At first I was stunned by reading the instructions on how to lock and unlock specific points to change modes (there's a dodgeball mode, stationary, push and walker), but it's pretty intuitive once you get comfortable with the toy . My 10 month old 22 lb daughter loved the bouncer mode and that's how we used it the most. It was a bit difficult for her to get him to move in walk mode on his own, but a little help from her older brother got her moving. It's also a bit wide and heavy for walk mode, but on a smooth floor surface it worked and squeezed very well. Her favorite thing to do was jump up and down and try to chew on the owl. I love the bright, stimulating colors and the fact that the activity toys are varied and some of them have multiple activities. Overall a great toy.
