I bought these because I like to make Neapolitan style pizzas. They are perfect for that! No more cutting out circles of parchment from a roll and fighting with it as it curls up! I pat the dough out right on the parchment circle. They lay flat and nothing sticks, and it keeps my baking steel nice and clean. No problem sliding it off the pizza peel! I also use them for baking my sourdough loaves. When I pull them from the bannetons, I turn them over onto one of these circles and can easily drop them into the Dutch oven and bake them right on the parchment.
