Didn't expect much. It's basically a tiny dryer with a plastic wall bracket. BUT! The dryer is not firmly attached to the wall mount as I thought, which is a plus when traveling. Just unplug it, take it out of the holder and put it in your pocket. It's very small. Other than that, it's powerful, very hot, hotter than a standard sized dryer I think, and the switch is easy. Hi/Lo/Off No extra cold/warm switch to mess you up. It dries out the hair, period. Very happy. I bought this for my office bathroom, I'll buy another one for my house. If you're looking for a classy setting this isn't for you, but for the rest of us it's perfect. Love it.
