Not for me. My height is 5" 6", I weigh 185 pounds and bought XL. It's wearable. But there were places I didn't like. I'm 38D and didn't like the way the breast cups were made. Without a bra, it fits the chest perfectly. But when to wear a bra, that was another story. Depending on the bra, it may be slightly visible from above. I didn't like it either. It was a bit big behind my feet. I wish there was more reach in this area. Maybe someone with thicker legs would fit better. It's 100% polyester! The material is a bit thin for my taste. You could see my navel.
