CONS: - The steam wand has only one hole, it's tricky at first but with practice it's great. - Gaps along the bottom and top of the espresso chamber. Some of the water flows through the espresso inlets and goes straight up. It takes skill and perseverance. TIPS: Turn the rubber plug on the B-pillar upside down. This appears to provide a better seal to direct the vapor into the espresso chamber rather than the center column. Boil water first. Otherwise, you'll end up with half-cold coffee that just pops out without actually brewing. Don't ram it. Don't be afraid to tighten the threaded lid; Otherwise, hot pressure coffee will be smeared across the walls. The steam nozzle is very easy to clean with a syringe. Fill a full chamber. Learn all about this machine and how to properly brew espresso/milk. Do not give up. ! I almost threw the little guy away because I was so upset.
