I finally got my own good pair of headphones and found they didn't match. That's what they say about these headphones: Flexible connectivity via USB or jack. Easily manage calls with call control box to make, receive and drop calls. Plug-and-play connectivity for quick and easy setup. Leather ear pads and over-ear design for all-day use. There is no jack at all. My husband has a pair where he can use USB or jack. Second. Just a standard cheap foam for a conversational speaker. Good leather ear pads do not exist. Third. You don't have a case. I can't believe Revain will offer companies cheap versions of what they have for sale. I can't verify how they work because I'll send them back and get my money back. Very disappointed.
