The headset is different than what they listed.

I finally got my own good pair of headphones and found they didn't match. That's what they say about these headphones: Flexible connectivity via USB or jack. Easily manage calls with call control box to make, receive and drop calls. Plug-and-play connectivity for quick and easy setup. Leather ear pads and over-ear design for all-day use. Not suitable for service work

I was hoping for an affordable option to take calls from home. This isn't a headset worth buying if you get a lot of calls. The microphone works fine, after just a few days the USB connector started to sound clunky to customers and I have to wiggle it during calls to make it work. I didn't force it. The volume control on the desk (halfway to the 5ft cord) is useless and makes it fall off my desk so I keep it under my mouse pad. stop. I wish I had spent more and been wireless with better…
