Not suitable for service work

I was hoping for an affordable option to take calls from home. This isn't a headset worth buying if you get a lot of calls. The microphone works fine, after just a few days the USB connector started to sound clunky to customers and I have to wiggle it during calls to make it work. I didn't force it. The volume control on the desk (halfway to the 5ft cord) is useless and makes it fall off my desk so I keep it under my mouse pad. stop. I wish I had spent more and been wireless with better earbuds. The ear pads don't cover the ears, they are small and after a few hours of wearing my ears started to hurt from squeezing them. I added a piece of foam to the microphone so people couldn't hear me breathing while I was speaking. The audio is pretty good and the microphone seems to be working well. If you invest in a headset, try a different one.

Pros
  • ENHANCED PERFORMANCE The advanced noise-cancelling microphone in this Jabra headset cancels out background noise, helping you stay calm and uninterrupted. A plus; The ear cushions are designed to reduce high frequency noise
Cons
  • For the old
