Heavy but not easy. I just had to trim the front mats a bit and they fit perfectly. I had to trim the back mat a little more than the front, but it wasn't difficult. I had no problems with the cut and it fits and looks great. The trunk mat also had to be shortened a bit, but again that wasn't a big deal. The whole thing took me less than 45 minutes. I have a 2019 Chevy Equinox and the floor mats look great. I'm not sure why some people have issues because the floor mats don't fit their car the way they are and that's what I found out. I have flatly refused to pay over $200 for custom rugs when I can buy custom rugs. I don't live in my car! Trust me, trimming isn't difficult and you may need to trim outside of the cut lines to get the mats to fit better. But it's okay because I had to do a little work with the mat in the trunk. All in all I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy again.
