Review on Enhance Your Vehicle's Performance with Ford M3075E Front Lower Control Arm by Mike Quade

good part. work is a little harder.

This is a good replacement for the stock lower control arms. I've watched a few videos online and they tend to underestimate the effort required. The worst parts of the job were removing the steering rack bolts and removing the wishbones. As so often, you learn the lesson on the first page, and the second page is a breeze. I could save about an hour on the first page if I just removed the tie rod end before attempting to remove the part. It wasn't until I removed the tie rod end that I was able to pull the control lever out. The exchange is pretty easy. The worst part is putting a torque wrench on all the nuts/bolts and tightening them properly (yes, the suspension parts need to be properly torqued). I did it, so it can be done. No matter what a Youtube video might convince you. Also make sure the alignment is done as soon as possible as there is a high chance this job will throw something out of alignment. There's no point in spending more than $300 on replacement parts and risking wrecking tires that cost multiples just to save $100 by not having to bulge.
