They just suck
I've had them for about a year now. They were great when both worked, first 2 months. Then the one I used for the salt broke. I thought it was the batteries but no, they just broke. Not to mention using it for pepper, the rudeness attitude was a joke. I set it to the best setting but it still came out in big chunks. All in all I paid about $25 to get ONE working. Pretty much a waste of money as it doesn't even grind properly
