Puppia make excellent dog products that have never let me down. Sizing can vary from piece to piece, but for this junior A harness, our 17 pound dog wears medium and there's plenty of room for adjustment with a slider on top. You can attach dog tags to the top where you also attach the leash. The straps keep them tucked very securely and reduce tension around the neck. We keep getting compliments on this harness as the pattern is reminiscent of Burberry. This is the second we've bought (the first lasted 3 years and is still in great condition, just bought another one as a tote). The matching leash is cute too, but for small dogs order a longer leash than normal as the leash needs to be a few inches lower (compared to larger dogs). Enjoy!
