The customer support team at Eight Digit has been great to work with over our first year of implementation! They are always willing/able answer any questions we have about how their product works or what features would be useful for us as customers (and they're not pushy!). We've also had some minor issues that were addressed quickly once notified by them via email -- no need to wait days in between communication channels like other companies do!! Would love more robust reporting options beyond just Google Analytics integration - but this isn't something I'm sure could change without major changes made upstream within eight digits themselves? Helping my organization understand who's visiting its website so it can better target content & campaigns accordingly.
