The customer support team at Eight Digit has been great to work with over our first year of implementation! They are always willing/able answer any questions we have about how their product works or what features would be useful for us as customers (and they're not pushy!). It's very easy to set up all of your accounts! There are tons og addinions that you can use as needed (eg Google Tag Manager). I dislike how it doesnt show conversions in any stats/reports or graphs etc but other than this, its been great for our business so far - with over 5K users currently logged into my account alone! 8digits is a very easy to use, intuitive and modern platform that allows us to do many things.
