The best thing about 8digits are its customisable reports which gives us all required information within one dashboard. I like how it can be used to track various metrics in order to get more insights into our business performance. It's not very user friendly if you're new at this kind of tool since there isn't any training material available for such products. If your looking for a simple product to help with reporting then go ahead but otherwise, do look out for other tools that provide better customer support or even free trial offer.
