They work! in the bed sheet and pillowcase set
My 7 year old sleeps VERY HOT and sweats heavily throughout the night. I had to wash his sheets all the time because they started smelling so bad from his sweat. So we tried these sheets and they really work for him! I never mentioned that they can help him stay cool at night... But he has told me several times that when he goes to bed his sheets are nice and cold and he loves it! Not only that, his sheets don't smell that much, which means I don't have to wash them as often!
