My dog is about 7 pounds. This dog collar might be great, but there's no way to pull it around your neck tight enough to put pressure on the vocal cords. We were as close as we could get and there was still a gap. This causes the device not to work no matter how high we set the sensitivity. It also causes a hit or miss when the dog actually barks, and because it doesn't touch the skin, the dog is out of sync due to beeps and vibrations. You would think that a device designed for very small dogs could be less adjustable.
