The newspaper is back on the breakfast table!

Democracy thrives on a 14-inch screen with millions of sparkling pixels. This gem of a laptop is equipped with the Ryzen 5500U processor that AMD launched just a few months ago, in January 2021. It has 6 cores and a clock speed that can range from 2.1 to 4.0 GHz (fast!). 7nm CPU architecture consumes less power (longer battery life). RAM is fast but not upgradeable - laptops aren't really designed to be upgraded; Get a desktop if you plan to upgrade. Enjoy watching movies (with amazing sound) and business graphics on the screen, as well as most of the latest high-end games. 16 GB of RAM can significantly improve performance. I don't think laptops are meant for hardcore gaming at all. Its resolution is HD, not 4K, and I don't care. The device is designed to balance high performance and battery life. It doesn't have a Windows Hello camera and doesn't need one either, as it comes with a Windows Hello-compatible fingerprint reader, which actually logs in faster and uses less power. So the electronics are excellent, but what really makes this computer special is the ergonomics: it can stand on a desk with just one monitor. This is great for reading newspapers in the morning, which I haven't done in years since paper newspapers started. The digital pen that comes with this product allows you to take notes, draw, and more. It just works. This is now my personal main laptop. Here are some tips that I find useful: 1. To get to the start menu, turn off the computer using the button on the right. Then turn on the computer while holding down the Fn and F2 keys. The boot menu (and BIOS settings) should appear.2. Windows 10 has a great tool called Create a Recovery Drive that takes less than an 8GB memory card. The keyboard is illuminated! Just press Fn and Spacebar to turn it on and adjust the brightness.
