I'm leaving this review with 5 stars because the repair was so easy. Details below: PROS: + Large/thin and space-saving + Can hold a decent amount of water for 2-3 people + Replacement filters are much cheaper than faucet filters Cons: - You have to wait for the water to cool down when using it to refill the entire contents - it takes 5 to 10 minutes to filter the water (if the filter is properly installed and not leaking) - the tank needs to be filled twice to reach its full capacity. - After about 1.5 years I had to replace the faucet because the plastic handle broke. NOTES: The faucet replacement was fairly cheap and painless. A plastic tube costs $4 to $8 and a metal tube costs $10 to $20.
