Cichlid Lake Salt is a must! I use some reverse osmosis water and Seachem Cichlid Lake Salt to replace the good minerals that reverse osmosis filters remove. I think it also helps the fish stay healthy and recover faster after a fight. Just make sure you get what you ordered before pouring it into your tank. I ordered sea salt for cichlids and received a reef buffer. If I used a reef buffer like salt, the PH would be very high. One sticker reads "Cichlid Lake Salt" and the other two read "Reef Buffer". Revane took care of me and my new salt bucket should be here today.
