Review on Pair of 72-Inch Black Harbinger Power Knee Braces for Weightlifting by Rey Hossain

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My first knee brace and it works well

I started getting knee pain lifting weights in the squat and leg press. I have this one and I think it protects my knees really well (not sure if it keeps them completely secure but definitely more secure than before!). Sometimes they loosen up, which is annoying, but I've searched the internet for various ways to wrap a knee wrap and found that if you wrap it around your knee in a criss-cross pattern, it rarely falls off. If I just wrap it like the product picture shows, it will always come loose and fall off. I like to wrap like this: I start with a right hand wrap below the knee, then another tight wrap above the knee, then go diagonally down. once, then diagonally up again (forming an X at the front of the knee), then I make the final loop at the thigh, then stuff the end anywhere I see fit. I'm generally skinny, so the number of bandages you can use depends on the thickness of your knees and hips.
