Just what I wanted for my mum with dementia
My mum has dementia and shouldn't drive. I managed to stop her, but I lost sleep because she still had the car keys. I didn't want to disconnect the battery, so here's what I did: I took her key. I replaced her real key with this key (just didn't bother to cut it off). And it's wonderful! She didn't notice the replacement and I can feel safe knowing that she can't drive (when she finds the keys that are so often "lost" in her purse).
