This is a good product for its purpose. I'm a petite 5ft 4in male and the back brace fits my body pretty well. I drive a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and it is helping a small tear I had while driving which was always causing lower back and leg pain. It shrinks a bit after a few months of use but is still holding up pretty well. Other reviews have been correct about carburetion when the car gets hot in the summer, but I guess it depends on your sensitivity to such things. I just found it annoying but bearable. Another thing mentioned in some of the other reviews was that depending on your height your shoulder blades may rest on the top of the pillow instead of your entire back. Annoying, but bearable for me. My biggest complaint was the price. 100 dollars? Expensive. To be honest I think it's only $50. I think that's a normal price for this pillow.
