Arrived faulty
Spent 5 hours troubleshooting after ignition fuse worked after installed. I ended up reinstalling the old starter (which was intermittent) and it worked fine with no blown fuses, so I know it was that starter (or more likely the solenoid). Returning the product and purchasing from another company that makes the same starter.
