Here's what I like about her: I have an 85 kg golden retriever with severe arthritis and I can't jump out of a car. I chose this ramp because I like that it slides together instead of stacking. It fits perfectly in the back of my car. My dog went down it with little to no coaxing, and the surface helped her not to slip. There are scratches on the surface from his fingernails, but they are minimal and don't bother me at all. Here's what I don't like: If I didn't already have a rubber coated bumper, I would be concerned that it would scratch my bumper or maybe not stay securely on the bumper while my dog was using it. I think there might be a better way to secure it and I'll see if I can change it up by adding clips or straps. The second problem is that if you're not careful as it slips in and out, you could really hurt yourself. It slips very quickly. If you retract it, you really need to double check that it's fully extended before letting your dog on it. Overall, I'm glad I chose this one for its compactness, but I think it could have been designed a little better.
