9 disconnections in the first 1 1/2 hours!

disconnection 9 times in the first 1 1/2 hours! The installation instructions weren't entirely accurate, but intuitively I got it right. However, once installed, everything looked fine for about 15-20 minutes. Then it started losing connection and then reconnecting automatically. Once the reconnection worked and once I had to reconnect manually. Terrible product. credit return. I think you get what you pay for.
