The power supply is reasonably well made, but obviously a simple, economical design. Not pretty. Worked well for 3 weeks. In the fourth week, after 30-45 minutes of work, he lost strength. At the end of the fourth week, it lost power after about 10 minutes. Once the power goes out, I have to wait about an hour for it to turn back on. The RMA process requires me to open an account (and provide extensive personal information) on the EVGA website. After opening a personal account, I need to register the PSU. After registering the PSU, I have to file a bug report on site and wait for a technician to review my report. The RMA form also asks for detailed information about my computer, including the motherboard make and model number, and the number and capacity of the DIMMs. I did not provide this information. I'm waiting to see if my RMA request is denied. The key word here is "expectation". It was a waste of time and money.
