To my chagrin, after I got a replacement for what I thought was faulty, there was an EXACT problem with the replacement. The problem is that the pin that attaches the bracelet to the watch falls out, becomes lost (like a needle in a haystack), and the bracelet becomes unusable. They don't send extra pins so I needed a replacement. Now I'm sad not only because of the difficult service agent who had no idea how to make a return, but because the BEAUTIFUL band I love can't stay. DO NOT BUY unless you want to be disappointed.
