I ordered these after seeing an Instagram influencer rave about them, and after seeing all the positive reviews. To be fair, at only $9.99 there is some value here, but if you are expecting perfection these won't be it. In my opinion - you get what you pay for. Mine arrived quite smooshed as they are sealed in plastic and shipped in a bag. By how flat they were I'm assuming they store them flat before shipping because they were in rough shape coming out of the bag. It was a challenge to properly fluff the faux peonies. They have been out of the bag 3+ days now and are still quite misshapen, and some of the outer petals are permanently creased downward. As I was arranging them a lot of the fake leaves and berries off of the accompanying accent flowers were falling off and making a mess. All stems do come attached, but I used wire cutters to cut off each individual stem to arrange them nicely in a medium sized vase. They were easy to cut with the wire cutters, which was nice. I wouldn't recommend leaving them attached. Attached they meet in a single, very fat point which is very long. You would need a very tall vase, and for the space the flowers take up it would look awkward if they weren't cut down. Yes, you could fold it over but you would need a non-see through vase to hide the folded look. I also think if you folded it over it would be very hard to arrange them nicely. The inside center of the peonies had these thin, white wrapped wires sticking out. I had to go in and tuck those down so you couldn't see them. Although I was discouraged with how they looked when I opened them and how much I had to fuss with them, I will say that now that I have them arranged in the vase they don't look that bad from afar. I might try another color for another season to see if I have any better luck. Not terrible for $9.99, but far from perfect and be prepared to really have to fuss with them to get them looking remotely nice.
