Review on 🚴 Topeak RedLite Aura Bike Tail Light: Compact, Red LED Safety Light - 5.5 x 4 x 2.2 cm by Original Mansel

I bought this because my last tail light (Planet Bike) went out on a big bump. I ride a lot at night - exercise and fun - and I try to be as visible as possible, ie. Headlight, rear light, reflectors, LED light on the front wheel. I have a Topeak travel rack on my bike so I ordered it after reading many positive reviews on here about the strength and brightness of this light. Compared to many other taillights in the same price range ($20+/-) I find this VERY AMAZING because 1. Visibility - all red light is not as effective as red and white combined and the light is too flat so it the side is barely visible; and 2. Battery life is very poor. The light will start dimming after 3-4 hours in pulsed mode. Oh yeah, and replacing two 2032 batteries is a pain as they slip in before you can snap the top back on. All in all, the 3 stars are perhaps too generous, but they are meant to be securely attached to the luggage rack.
