It used to be a favorite, but now it's not. Too burnt to taste

I don't know what happened to these K cups but I've been ordering them for a few years now. They've always been top notch, but my last two batches were so bitter and burnt that I had to add mounds of sugar and gallons of cream to make them drinkable. I even add water after adding sugar and cream but I can't get rid of that bitter taste YET. And don't twist it, I like strong coffee, but not burnt and not bitter. People don't understand that there is a difference. They equate to bitter, but real coffee, no matter how strong, shouldn't have a burnt taste when brewed properly. I literally gained weight from all the sugar and cream. I know this to be true because I switched coffees and lost what little I had gained. Using less sugar and cream over the course of several days, I lost 3 pounds. That's not much, but with my small suitcase it is. I promise you I'm not crazy. I really wanted to love this coffee as I have for the last two years but right now I can't afford to spend money on orders that big if I don't drink coffee. It's weird because some cups are very weak and disgusting in taste (rare but it happens), but generally they're so burnt and bitter that I have to blend them for 10 minutes before they're ready to drink, and even then I have I just let her drink. Descent. I want to enjoy my cups of coffee again, so I'm done with this scent for now. It pains me to say this because I used to really love it, but the time has come.
