Review on 🚗 2.5D Touch Screen Android 10 Car Navigation Stereo Multimedia Player GPS Radio for KIA Forte 2008-2017 MT by Justin Goff

I bought this radio for my 2012 Kia Forte Koup. I had a few minor setbacks that made me lose patience. The pros and cons are listed below. (Cons first I know we've all come to comment!) Cons-1 - The original alarm assembly does not bolt to the new faceplate. No matter how you place it, it doesn't fit. I contacted the manufacturer about a possible adapter if they know of one, but no response. 2 - There is no user manual, but the installation is quite easy. However, it would be nice to have a guide on how to operate the radio and its features. 3- "aux" doesn't seem to work as it keeps asking for video input when I click on it? I'm not sure if I need to hook up a DVD player, but who knows for sure. 4- When installing the AC controller panel, the panel buttons do not fit. The area feels tight and when you press the A/C or rear defrost button they feel sticky and need to be pressed a little harder than usual. 5 - When installing the whole radio in the car, the front panel seemed too big for the car. . It didn't "slip" like the old face cover, I had to maneuver a bit to get it in place. 6- When installing the vents, they were also a bit tight and didn't slide as easily as the old stereo and fascia. 7. The communication with the manufacturer annoys me the most. They take forever to answer my questions and every time I worry they want a photo. . They give them photos and those photos are not good enough. This is very discouraging and seems like they are selling a product that they know will not fit all models. Pros 1-In terms of value for money, it's a decent value for the price.2-I like that it has a wiring harness to plug in. in cars, so no cables need to be cut. 3-I also love that there was a place to replace the original already installed on the radio! Overall invest in something better and spend the extra money on a radio and bezel that do the trick instead of dealing with people who don't respond in time.
