I just bought a 2020 Rav4 and wanted something to protect the seats. I understand they are universal and will fit most cars, but I wasn't aware that Toyota had changed their seats over the years. The front seat covers would fit my 2011 Rav4, but it is difficult if not impossible to get the elastic straps in the center of the covers to the back of the seat. Toyota installed a mat that connects the back of the seat to the bottom of the seat. There was so much wiring and other stuff under the seat that it was very difficult to connect the ends of the rubber bands. I ended up having to use a wire hanger to go around all the wires and close enough to connect the rubber band. I could not use the rear seat cover. My back seat is a fixed seat with no room to attach a rubber band. I was going to install them in my 2011 Rav4 but the seat belts are part of the seat and I didn't want to cut a big hole for the seat belts. Make sure you have access under the seats and that there is a gap between the top and bottom of the seat so you can route the zip ties behind and under the bottom of the seat.
