I hope we get the right product the third time. 1. didn't work, 2. was the wrong product in the right box, cracked and broke. It was almost 3 weeks back and forth trying to get the right item. I'm not happy I still paid over $300 for this item and it took forever to get the right one. I think we have yet to see if the 3rd and right one works. it's not magic. This product didn't change anything on my husband's truck and it took forever to even work. I do not recommend buying this programmer.
