Fit, finish and packaging are excellent. I bought these to replace the plastic chrome caps that came with my Domain Cycling Extra Long Gel Tape/Wrap and I was not disappointed. Some say I reverse wrap my rods; I start in the middle near the stem and work my way to the ends, tucking the free end of the tape into the end of the handlebar and securing with a cap so no tape or sticker is showing. My setup includes Ritchey Ergomax alloy bars wrapped in Domain Cycling Extra Long Gel Tape which is a bit thicker and softer and these end caps are perfect when the free end of the tape is tucked into the ends of the bar. This combo isn't the cheapest option, but they work great together to create a very clean, professional look that I love! The number one tip for success in rewinding is to maintain proper tension/strain on the tape. When wrapping, overlap the tape about 1/3 and do not strangle the handlebars while riding.
