Ate up a mower belt on my Craftsman YTS4000 and choked at the $54 with tax and shipping to order an OEM part#405143 from Sears. Originally ordered a cheaper-than-this belt off Best Buy from a different merchant that was supposed to be a 405143 replacement, but when it arrived, it was about 5 inches too short (101 inches, instead of the 106" that it should have been). I almost went to order the expensive Sears belt but decided I would give Best Buy one more chance. --I made sure to pick a different merchant and belt in hopes another vendor might be more careful about what parts they shipped. (They defective belt came in a Glad Ziploc bag with a hand=printed label on it. This belt had the cardboard "seal" still around it and the belt itself was actually embossed with the correct part number: 405143. It took a week for this belt to arrive, but it fits and worked like a charm. I was testing it out and ended up mowing our entire 3 acres with no issues. Kudos to this merchant for getting it right.
