The board works with Tasmota, the third relay turns on at boot regardless of programming

In general, the board works well. The included racks are easy to work with and it was easy to flash the board with Tasmota. The socket is not a standard size for 5V power supplies. The big disadvantage of this board is that the 3rd relay on the board chirps when the power is switched on. It pulls high at boot and I've tried a few things and can't stop the 3rd relay from jumping at startup.
