Takes quite long amount and needs improvement in user friendly departments

I like that it allows me access at any time of day or night with my mobile device so as not be tied down by work hours! It can sometimes feel slow but once you get used to how quick your information is accessible then its no longer an issue for us!! You will struggle when using this product if there isn't enough staff within each department who know what they're looking for within their own area/department (i'm currently working full-time).

If one person has worked out something new we need more people searching through our system to help find other related items quickly - otherwise i'd say just give up after half hour waiting! We've found ways around some issues ourselves however these could only take place while training was going well which makes things hard during busy periods where training hasn't taken off yet.
