Great tool and great customer support

I like that it has the ability for our employees to be able to create their own content as well as being searchable by subject matter. It is also easy enough so anyone can use without having any training or assistance from someone else within the organization. The interface could look better but this isn't something we've really had an issue with at this point - just minor things such as some of the icons don't match up perfectly between pages/sections (e.g., when creating new documents)…

Best task management software available

The best thing is that it has an excellent customer support team who always help me whenever I need them. It was very easy to use and have a good interface. Sometimes, when I needed to search for something, it would take too much time to find what I wanted. There were times where I could not access my account or log in at all. If you're looking for a platform that will help you organize and keep track of your work and tasks, then this is an excellent choice! I am able to manage my work online…

Effective solution in communicating efficiently

LivePro is easy to use for both customers and agents as it has an intuitive interface with great features like call recording. It also provides excellent reporting tools which can be used by both parties. The agent dashboard is not user friendly and requires some training before using effectively. I would recommend this product if you want an effective tool that will help solve your problems of communication between agents and customers. We solved our problem related to poor customer engagement

Takes quite long amount and needs improvement in user friendly departments

I like that it allows me access at any time of day or night with my mobile device so as not be tied down by work hours! It can sometimes feel slow but once you get used to how quick your information is accessible then its no longer an issue for us!! You will struggle when using this product if there isn't enough staff within each department who know what they're looking for within their own area/department (i'm currently working full-time). Lovely space provided and very user friendly

I appreciate that there is an easy way for me to find my old emails from when i was at work by searching through them or finding relevant files within each email via search functionality etc! Sometimes it takes too long before you can view your file after uploading so its not always super quick but thats just down to how busy they were during peak times/busy periods of time. The benefits include being able to be more productive with ease as everything from current projects to previous ones…
