I like that it has the ability for our employees to be able to create their own content as well as being searchable by subject matter.

It is also easy enough so anyone can use without having any training or assistance from someone else within the organization. The interface could look better but this isn't something we've really had an issue with at this point - just minor things such as some of the icons don't match up perfectly between pages/sections (e.g., when creating new documents). We're trying out different ways to organize information internally which makes using LKM very useful!
