Ok, the center post has 2 positions. Back and forth . Oh! Fill the bucket just above this three-pronged device. In the down position, the surface of the mop is simply submerged in water. Turn it over to soak. Wipe Now press firmly on the center post. It will rise so that the mop is just above the surface of the water. Now you can spin dry. Press down, back into the water, and turn your face toward the three-pronged attachment to rinse and fill the mop with soapy water. Genius!
