Your wireless router/access point has good logging capabilities. Many entry-level devices of this type do not have these features. It is very easy to set up for a beginner. I am partially convinced that these devices have quality problems. The wireless part on a friend's Netgear MR814v2 has stopped working. The router I bought was returned due to a similar issue; It was definitely a malfunction as some of the LED lights stopped working after a few days. However, part of the switch remained active. If there were no problems with the devices I would give 5 stars.
